Pleasant Hill Police Conducting Traffic and Parking Enforcement Around Schools

The Pleasant Hill Police Department this week is conducting traffic and parking enforcement around schools during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. The effort is being made to help maintain safety for cyclists and pedestrians around the schools. The Pleasant Hill Police Department encourages all those dropping off and picking up children to obey the rules of the road, including adhering to speed limits, yielding to those utilizing crosswalks, obeying traffic signals, making full and complete stops at stop signs, and refraining from parking in red zones or blocking driveways and crosswalks.

Very good to hear this. Strong work PH PD.
Maybe some of the neighboring departments will follow suit.
