About 400 PG&E customers are without power in Concord’s Clayton Valley Highlands neighborhood (state streets).
The cause is under investigation. PG&E says they hope to have power back on by 3:45 p.m. today.
UPDATE: Power has been restored.

Probably caused by this excruciating heat… and demand for AC…. or, could be that there’s a chill in the air and demand for heat. I’m sure it has nothing to do with TwEaKiNg the local grid.
