A rollover crash occurred on Clayton road at Thornwood drive this morning around 8 AM. No major injuries were reported. A traffic signal has been destroyed. Expect delays in the area all day while the traffic signal is repaired. Thanks to the Concord Police department for the photo.

That looks like a vehicle ran a red, got clipped, and turtled.
… just a guess but it’s the typical chain of events based on that image.
Even with a green arrow or green light, double-check cross traffic because some knucklehead will likely try to catch their light.
