A homeless man stole an armful of clothing from the Ross store on Monument Blvd. in Concord.
The suspect is described as a homeless white male adult with a grey beanie.
Concord Police are searching the area. The crime occurred just before 8:30 on Wednesday night.

It was only a matter of time. I feel for the homeless though, during this cold and stormy weather. He did what he had to do to survive. If the tables were turned…I am grateful every day.
