Then the sirens have been sounding every 30 minutes since 4:50pm. I called all of the numbers: Co Co Sheriff non-emergency (cwsalerts directed me to them), Martinez PD non-emergency, and Martinez Refinery after hours number and Nobody know who controls the Sirens!!
So the Sirens that they test every Wednesday at 11am for 50 years……were NOT utilized until 4:50PM………3 hours after the fire began!!!
