A four-year-old child fell out of a two-story window at an apartment complex at 1881 Oakmead Dr. in Concord just after 3:30 on Saturday. The child is alive, and is being transported to the hospital. Paramedics originally wanted to transport the child by helicopter, but decided a ground transport would be faster.
