At least one suspect was involved in the smash & grab of jewelry at JC Penney in Concord on Wednesday evening around 7:30.
The suspect, who is described as an unknown race male with his face covered, smashed the jewelry case with a mallet, stole the merchandise, then fled the mall parking lot in either a white Audi or black Chevy Malibu.
Police are currently on scene.

With JCpenney’s free $10 for signing up for rewards and their MASSIVE sale on jewelry I literally got like 8 necklaces/earrings for Christmas presents for family for $5-$15/each ($5 for $75 set, $15 for $125 set.)
Why illegally rob them when they make it so easy to do legally?
