The Walnut Creek Police Investigations Bureau continues to pursue investigative leads related to this incident. Need details on the perp…. public can’t help with just a description of a white BMW sedan

I’m sure the car was last seen ‘headed through the Caldecott’ and then got away in Oakland.

Don’t they know it’s stealing alcohol causes cancer now… Wow point at a handgun at somebody to steal a bottle of alcohol that’s ridiculous. Sooner or later that person is going to have somebody shoot back hopefully a cop and his days will be ended.

The woman stole a bottle of booze from Safeway & the getaway driver robbed the man in the parking lot?

They got smashed and grabbed.

the car description also describes the driver.

Not considered armed robbery but nice try.

Need clarification on that. My best guess is a gun was used in the get-away making
it an armed robbery.

Obviously Grey Goose.

Any cameras in the area that shows the car or criminals?

Thanks Judith for posting, another reason do not go out there anymore in the dark,,,,,,,

Oh yeah… avoid the mean streets of Rossmoor!

I can almost guarantee that the Safeway employee will be written up, if not fired, for having left the store to go after the thief.
Meanwhile, the thief, if found, will play the victim and go after the employee or Safeway, It is the way of California, where the unimaginable is the norm.
