there’s a bunch of tweaked out homeless walking the streets stumbling into the roads and acting crazy like zombies. Wouldn’t doubt that was what it was and now if the bum survived he gets a payday and the driver has all to lose when the bum probably walked into traffic drugged up or drunk.

…. many times homeless are out on the street with traffic buzzing by in that area, walking against red lights in the crosswalk, etc. …driver may have been “distracted”, speeding, combination of factors? we’ll probably never know

Does it really matter @theunforgiven or @domo if the person was homeless or not. This was a person that was struck by a car that stopped at the scene of the accident to co-operate and the persons condition has not been updated. PLEASE BE COMPASIONATE.

Happy Holidays and be safe
