  • Employee unable to demonstrate food safety knowledge in manual ware-washing of pots and dishes.

They must have a leaky kitchen. Pests are becoming more and more a problem these days even in residences.

I used to work in that building when it was a sweet affair bakery. It’s one of the oldest historical buildings in Walnut Creek and it has offices on the second floor.

What is a “like nymph”? The next three items refer to “like” or “live” juvenile/adult. Is that a “live” pest? Internet searches come up with “lice nymphs”. In the end, in light of the presence of cockroaches and rodents, it probably doesn’t matter what specifically was found by inspectors. (Did anyone try to read the full inspection report? … wasn’t on my list to try…. never will now… 3x ?? you’re out!
