City Of Concord’s Rent Registry Is Now Open

Do you own a rental unit in Concord that is a single-family residence, a condominium unit, a mobile home unit, or a unit in a multi-family residential complex? If so, the City of Concord requires you to register your rental unit(s) by January 19, 2025. Property owners of residential rental properties in Concord will be mailed their registration letters with log-in information this week.

Can I pass the cost of my time spent on this paperwork to my renters? How much is Concord paying in staff costs for the Rent Program Staff?

These are the laws of unintended consequence which make good landlords leave. The one’s who do the bare minimum are going to skate by untouched and continue their habits.
