• 2 additional firearms, including a fully automatic weapon
• Nearly ½ pound of cocaine
• Almost 200 oxycodone pills
• Prescription codeine syrup
• 40+ pounds of marijuana
• $12,000 in cash
The name of the suspect was not released.
Good job LE! …as I said in the other message – Becton needs to prosecute to the full extent … or wind up like Price & Gaston
Next comes the charge dropping and plea bargaining to save on the cost of a trial.
DON’T set an example of what happens to convicted felons in CoCo county when caught with firearms, drugs and large amount of cash.
.
In this county what does a criminal have to fear ? ? ? ?
.
If there is no threat of substantial incarceration,
there is no deterrence to criminal behavior
A Draco. Why am I not surprised?
Why aren’t they applying the three strikes law?
Maybe a better question would be; who is he related to…………?
Thankfully the average criminal is dumb as a rock. They do most of the work for LE. Heck I didn’t even know they still made codeine cough syrup. Had it once like 40 years ago and still remember how well I slept. 💤
Just another one of Gavin Newscums high achievers released from prison. The items this guy was caught with should be enough to lock his ass up for years! But no, he’s cruising the streets like the ice cream man loaded with goods to sell. No bail jail!
Great job as always LE!
