Concord Police arrested two drivers on suspicion of DUI while conducting a DUI enforcement patrol on Nov.1.

Drivers charged with DUI face an average of $13,500 in fines and penalties, as well as
a suspended license.

Funding for this DUI Patrol was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic
Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

NOT even close to being correct. Nope know to many individuals got public defenders and got of with minimal fine and no suspended DL. Your insurance will take a hit tho, but many just carry min liability only so not a big diff.
