It depends on the neighborhood. If it’s a bad neighborhood, I wouldn’t live there anyway. A good neighborhood, then no problem. But my wife wouldn’t.

Sure. I used to live near a cemetery and saw a few dead bodies on the street so I am not afraid of ghost.

Depends. Was I the one murdered? Introduces quite the rabbit hole regarding paranormal activities, no?

Multiple murders is better, but yes, one is fine too.

Remember….. the killer always returns to the scene of the crime.

I lived in several old houses when I was young – I mean hundreds of years old. There had to have been deaths in them and, probably, some murders. So, yes – I would live in a murder house.

If the price is right!

I did live in a house where a murder was committed, and I saw the victim’s ghost. I’ve commented on this not too long ago when the topic was about ghosts. I was living in an old Victorian house at the time in San Francisco. I was asleep in bed, when I woke up and saw a young woman in a white sleeping gown standing by the open window, a window that I didn’t leave open. She had her arms stretched out like she was yawning, and the breeze from the open window was blowing her hair and gown. I thought I was dreaming and went back to sleep, in the morning when I got up, the window was closed. I talked to a neighbor that has been living on that street for many years, he told me about a young woman that lived there in the 1930s and her jealous boyfriend climbed through the window and shot her.

Ok, so in this hypothetical scenario, did I commit said murder?
Is it a nice house? Where is it? Probably Antioch.
Just one victim or a spree killing? Am I gonna get tourists?
Can I make my down payment in surplus Bulgarian ammunition?
I will need one or more neighbors with incessantly barking dogs.
And they should have a giant RV in front of the house.
That never moves and has suspiciously under inflated tires.
Extra points for a giant, washed-out MAGA flag.

I live in a condo and few years back my neighbor from 5 condos down got killed by someone he knew in his own house. The condo went up for sale few months later. At the time 2 bedroom was about 410k..this was sold for 210k. I am sure the murder had to be disclosed. Anyways in spanish we say ” if your eyes don’t see it, it won’t hurt you heart” meaning not knowing about it, won’t hurt you..anyways I could not live in a home it if I knew someone got kill. But I am sure I have lived in a few since they were so old without even knowing.

Was this in Pine Creek by any chance??

The house next door had a double murder, someone bought & had it blessed
