Northerly winds of 20-30 mph with gusts to 50 mph are expected Thursday and Friday in the North Bay Interior Mountains, Interior East Bay, and Eastern Santa Clara Hills. These are dry, offshore winds that will increase fire danger. A Red Flag Warning remains in effect from 11 p.m. Thursday – 5 p.m. Friday.
