If you haven’t noticed, the Dollar Tree is now selling products for more than $1.25.

The change comes just a few weeks after the Dollar Tree purchased the $.99 Store, who previously sold products for up to $20.

QUESTION: Do you like this change?

This post has nothing to do with politics. Note it says that the higher priced merchandise appeared shortly after Dollar Tree purchased the 99 cents store which already had items costing up to $20 in its inventory.
.
I guess it is true, MAGA is just weird.

Actually there are a lot of smaller quantity items that regular stores don’t want to stock because shelf space is precious. There are also promo items to see if the product will be worth putting into regular stores (at twice the price). The local store doesn’t have those shelves yet because those items as well as others are still in boxes stacked in the aisles. That’s probably due to the higher minimum wage that the morons, who don’t understand economics, put in place. Enjoy the ride to the bottom.

I don’t shop at the Dollar Tree, but our youngest son does and he said some of the food prices have been $3-$5 dollars for a couple of years now. The change came prior to purchasing the 99 Cent store. It happened during the pandemic when everyone else was raising their prices.
