He was released on his signed promise to appear. Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Probation Violation. A 21-year-old Anaheim male was also arrested. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking. (07/18/24 – 0114 hrs.)
