Women in many states are at risk due to the travesty of the Dobbs decision by the corruptly seated U.S. Supreme Court. This Town Hall meeting is timely and necessary. Thank you to Congressman DeSaulnier for hosting.
Do yourself a favor. Read the text of Roe v Wade, then read the text of Dobbs v Jackson. You might (although it’s doubtful) understand this court’s decision more thoroughly, including their interpretation of the 10th amendment.
Corruptly seated? Are you claiming there have been nominees to the court who were seated outside of the Constitutional parameters?
