Without a doubt. From what I understand, Miss Cheatle was appointed director of the Secret Service because Jill Biden’s top advisor Anthony Bernal pushed for her. According to the NYT, Anthony Bernal is big on DEI and has absolutely no experience in national security or in law enforcement, and shouldn’t of had any influence over the selection of the Secret Service director. Miss Cheatle will be testifying before Congress tomorrow, and she will also appear before the House Oversight Committee next Monday. It will be interesting to hear what she has to say.
The liberal concept of DEI is detrimental to any law enforcement agency. By placing under qualified individuals in a position of authority, bad things will happen, and because of Miss Cheatle’s incompetence, an innocent man was killed, two others were seriously injured, and a presidential candidate was almost assassinated.
You have one job to do – protect the president – was that done? no…. was the roof top alerted to be a potential hazard? yes …. could Secret Service have “neutralized” the threat prior to him taking a shot due to LE seeing him with firearm? yes ……good thing Crooks was a bad shot … feel badly for the others that were hit and the one fatality … totally unnecessary 🙁

The organization she is in charge of just experienced 100% failure. I am unaware of any activities she has undertook, aside from crowing she will not step down, to mitigate future failure. She has made it clear that she has an agenda in demographics, to ensure a certain percentage of, in this case, females in positions. Such a role should be based on ability, not on lack of danglies. For that alone, she is inappropriate for the position she is in. Yes, removed.
I think she should have resigned the next day, and if she doesn’t she should be fired. She was at the helm of one of the biggest security mishaps in modern history, someone should be accountable.
