AGAIN voters have to clean up another mess created by DEMs in state legislature and an unqualified wannabe who has never found a TV camera he didn’t LOVE.

Original G: you said it! That’s the truth.
Most people don’t like to hear it – especially the democrats… but people in California have to stop voting for them. They have a suit for majority in the state and they are ruining it!

BADGE1104,
.
It’s also upon the Republican Party and Third Parties to run candidates who can win in cities, districts, counties, and statewide that are currently Democratic Party strongholds. As long as the Republicans keep nominating the most conservative candidates for office in progressive, liberal, and moderate cities, districts, and counties, as well as statewide, then Republicans candidates will continue to lose and Democrat candidates will continue to win. The parties must run candidates who fit the area they’re running in, if they want to win. Would you rather get 25% of what you want from a progressive Republican, 50% of what you want from a liberal Republican, or 75% of what you want from a moderate Republican, who’ve been elected in Democrat area strongholds, or would you rather continue to get nothing that you want from the Democrats who keep getting elected and nothing that you want from the conservative Republicans who can’t get elected?

Exactly. The Republican Party in California hasn’t learned their lessons after decades of nominating extremists who don’t resonate with the California electorate. That’s one reason that Barbara Boxer was a four term senator. Anyone remember Bruce Hirschenson?

CONCORD GUY,
.
The best candidate that Republicans ran against Senator Barbara Boxer was California State Treasurer Matt Fong in 1998.

$7k of stolen stuff in just one day

“The cases will be referred to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.”
Good luck with that!

Put them in the chair, and be done with them.
Zap!

They’re all out now – even Rubino who was on probation for theft – bets?

14
2

They are in fact, all out. The same day/night I believe, but none are currently in custody in CoCo County.

DA Becton will say that there is not equitable access to moisturizer and allow them to walk.

26
13

Not surprised to see one of them violated their parole. Our DA is such a sucker. Bring back the three strikes, you’re out law.

25

Shout out to CPD! Great job!

THe cases now go to the DA office for prosecution. Well – let the wrist-slapping commence. Who wants to bet the charges will be dropped or significantly reduced?

You get what you vote for….

“Alleged Thieves” ? I’m sure they are innocent,LOL.

Thank you Concord PD for your efforts! Hopefully they will be prosecuted. I was in Kohls Sephora section a few months ago when 3 women came in, used their arms to sweep 3 whole shelves worth of stuff in their bags and ran out the door, it happened so fast. All while I was at the register paying for my stuff (where I had put some things back because I could not afford it all at the moment). We are all so sick of these thieves not paying and not being punished. Not to mention if you are an employee it is scary and depressing to have this happen several times to you. So keep it up! Love to see the arrests on this.

Good officer carrying the 2011.

I’d be curious to know who they’re working for…possibly somebody using Amazon to fence the stolen property.

8

Let’s hope they are vigorously prosecuted…and not just given a stern look..

We used to hang thieves in these parts.

Think back, when was last time a super majority DEM member of state legislature admitted mistakes.
2011 after a likely contrived lawsuit state legislature DEMs , as usual when they encounter a problem, FORCED state prison overcrowding down onto all 58 counties by passing AB-109.
.
County jail overcrowding caused sentenced misdemeanor criminal to be released long before end of their sentences, wasn’t unusual to see releases after 24 hours of incarceration. DEMS flat out panicked and contrived Prop 47, a not at all thought out knee jerk fix for a problem solely of their creation.
note, $10,306,082 was spent to con voters into passing Prop 47 !
.
DEMs have NEVER encountered a problem they couldn’t throw
massive amounts of your taxpayer dollars at.
.
It is long past time for the DEM state legislature super majority
to be VOTED OUT OF OFFICE ! ! !

Political discussions are reserved for Fridays.

How much will you personally donate to build more jails? How about contributions for the cost of prosecuting these petty thieves (which I am in favor)?

2
17

Is that NOT the Job of the State Management, Legislature.. To allocate the Tax $$$ to support the Citizens… PRIORITIES.. Bit, you need to actually CARE about the Citizens..

4
8

DOH,
.
You said you support their prosecution, so, how much will you personally donate to build more jails and prisons to house these individuals should they be found guilty and sentenced to time in jail or prison?

15

ORIGINAL G,
.
The Democrat super-majority in the California State Legislature won’t be voted out until the Republican Party and Third Parties start running candidates who fit the legislative districts they’re running in, so that they actually have the opportunity to get elected, or they’ll keep running candidates who don’t fit these districts who can’t get elected.

Something tells me these people desperately needed these ULTA products. I shudder to think about what they might look like without them.

I suspect many over the counter meds/beauty supplies are sold at flea markets.
The courts are failing us. No consequences.

11
9

TIM,
.
It’s not the courts that are failing us. Judges are only sentencing those convicted of a crime or crimes based on the laws that have been passed by the California State Legislature. The legislature is setting the minimum and maximum sentences a convicted person can be sentenced to, while judges are only impose those sentences. However, our entire “justice system” is severely flawed, corrupt, and needs to be completely overhauled. Even with a complete overhaul of the “justice system,” the corrupt actions of peace officers, judges, and especially prosecutors will never be completely removed from the “justice system.”

lol Ranelle needs to keep her homeless self in jail and away from the bottle. I had to physically knock her off of me about a week ago because she was belligerently drunk and saying horrible stuff to a friends house guests. That girl (?) is a MESS

Nasty and disgusting hos! Can I get your numbers?

If there is no threat of substantial incarceration,
there is no deterrence to criminal behavior

.
Presently there is little a criminal has to fear from CA justice system.
DEM’s view of rehabilitation is 2nd, 3rd, 4th ,5th . . . . . . . . . . chances,
concept of predatory individuals is a concept they can’t wrap their tiny minds around.
.
Voters have a chance to stick it to liberal DEMs infesting CA state legislature.
Make sure your family and friends understand how important Prop 36 is.
