ConFire is on the scene of a working commercial structure fire on Galindo St near Oakmead Dr, in Concord. Callers reported seeing flames on the first and second floors, of a four story building under construction. A column of smoke was seen by units enroute.
Here we go again. Is this another example of Inadequate fencing and security at Concord housing construction sites allowing vandals access to start fires? Does the city and the fire department ever inspect these sites?
Both, they hired the homeless,so they could collect insurance. Its all revenue thats good for the economy actually.

I heard a commercial builder say that he has started to sheetrock the stairwells first because otherwise they act like chimneys that help to propagate the fire.
Oh,they must be burning down the new low income housing so they can build it a second time, thats job security, and people dont want that building there btw.

Looks like they waited till it was almost finished to collect the insurance.

“You’re braver then you seem and loved more then you know” Thank you to all the firefighters/first responders for everything you do!
Is this the RickJudd apartment complex that is under construction that is burning?
Seems like a lot of buildings “under construction” have burned in that area. Hmmmm, “lightening”? Serial arsonist?
Homeless
It’s Concord overbuilding does anyone really care.
Concord has imploded and can’t say I even care.
Also hopeless

Believe this is third time a multi story residential building under construction has burned.
No further news on the fire?
Homeless or Insurance?

Perfect metaphor.
