Yes. Both sides and across the street.

Neighbors on one side have been good friends. We are blessed.

Absolutely. Friends. Socialize occasionally. Talk all the time. Have a phone tree and neighborhood watch. First line of defense against property crimes. Includes 9 families in our area.

Yes! And I Love My Neighbors!

I know most of my neighbors; however, when houses turn over, there is a mixed bag of those with which I have friendships, foe and neutral relationships…you can’t choose who your neighbors are!

I don’t go out and pal around with any of my neighbors, so I wouldn’t say they are my friends, but I am friendly towards them. When I’m outside and a neighbor walks by, I’ll say hi, and a couple of them I know well enough to stop and chat for a few minutes.

Yes, we do, …. here 45 years, … longer and older that most here, and no renters.
In the last 5 years, 4 of the 7 homes just on our court have changed hands.
Most are in their 40’s and there is a bundle of babies and kiddos now.
Know some neighbors down the street too.
It’s very festive and cozy.

Yeah, and one of them sucks!

No I don’t. But I respect them and their privacy and that’s all that really matters. I trust they would be helpful in emergencies. That love thy neighbor thing is real. But my moniker is respect thy neighbor. Nothing worse than having to live close to a real piece of ____.

Surrounded by great neighbors, we support each other, it’s really nice.

Yes for the most part – some better than others.

We do not go out with any of my neighbors, but we rarely go out with anyone anyway. I am on friendly terms with the neighbors around my house (next door, a couple across the street) and would say friends with one a few houses away (even though we do not go out anymore, life has gotten in the way over the years).

I know some of them but others I do not know. I try and be friendly to any of my neighbors that I see outside but truthfully some of them seem to pretend that they do not see me at all…..even when I know that they do.

That is their prerogative, but it does naturally make me wonder if they could be counted on if I ever needed their help with anything.

Yes, we know most of the folks on our end of the cul-de-sac. We have one next-door neighbor who is a trashy Canadian redneck, but dealing with her is still much better than dealing with any HOA. We get along great with the rest of our neighbors, and we frequently have impromptu meetings in the road to discuss whatever. Today, one of our other next-door neighbor’s 5-year-old daughter helped my wife make a fresh peach pie and was rewarded with a big piece to share with her family.

I wish I didn’t. Big Dems… Gossiping old bag, senile couple and a gay man who has a new lover move in all the time. The rest are decent.

Yes. I’m very lucky to have such nice people as neighbors. Thank you neighbors!!!!

A few, not across the street, but on each side. They other places l lived l knew the neighbors better. Marin Foster City, seems people were outside more, or perhaps because my daughter was little and there were other kids on the block. When l moved to Benicia to a condo l found the neighbors very friendly and socialized with a few and also traded cat sitting with one.

The only ones I don’t know are TRIPLE maskers… not sure they can talk let alone breathe

Like a good neighbor stay over there! But appreciate neighborhood watch!

Yes, we have get-togethers every few months.

We are all acquainted and on good terms. Most of them work so don’t really see each other all that often. One of them just stopped by a few minutes ago to share apricots from their tree. Had a bag full for each house on the court. We do sort of watch out for each other as much a possible and share news when we can. We also seem to share the idea that we have the best court in the area. I might add that as one of seniors living on the court the “youngsters” still working sort of keep an eye on us too.

Yes.

Yes and LOVE our neighbors. Have lived here 40 yrs, raised two kids and have seen our street go through changes. Two neighbors on each side and two across the street. Wonderful people. We are older and when Covid hit, our new, young neighbors brought us groceries on several occasions (sweet kids). We are very fortunate.

I keep to myself. Never speak to them. No reason to. This is the city and California. Can’t trust any of them. This isn’t back home in Wyoming.

Yes I know them and thank God for them.
When I abandoned Clayton and moved out here to Tule Land it was a good decision.
I landed right between the best neighbors I’ve ever had.
They are friendly but not overbearing and take excellent care of their homes & properties Always ready to lend a helping hand and we watch out for each other too.
