Just think of them as free range home furnishings.
That fridge would make a dandy smoker.
.
Second PIC is of access road and gate, near Hess Road, a favorite dump site.
Might consider using a hidden trail camera or a Flock camera, they are solar powered.

Found a large plastic bag of household garbage dumped along the canal trail between Walnut and Clayton Road. Would love to catch a creep doing this. Citizens arrest made possible by CCW license.

I’m pretty sure that the A-holes that do this illegal trash dumping are not CLAYCORD readers!
I am getting so sick of seeing this! The dumping has seriously increased within the past few years in our area. I see junk dumped on Kicked Pass, Bailey Road, Marsh Creek Road, Deer Valley Road, and Morgan Territory Road. These areas have beautiful countryside, yet some disrespectful individuals are turning them into public dumps. Californians have lost their care for this beautiful state, and it is disgusting. One thing I remember the most about visiting Ireland was how clean it was everywhere ; no trash on any highway; not even on city streets! People of our state are losing their self respect!
That refrigerator could have easily been taken to the recycling center over off Galaxy for FREE !!!! 🤬

We should take a lesson from Singapore. First offence for illegal dumping is a fine up to $50,000 and /or a year in jail. They have strict laws against graffiti and vandalism also.
Singapore is a very safe and clean place to live. The US could learn a lot about their criminal justice system.

When you need to hire someone to clean up your junk and haul your crap…. you pay them ONLY when they bring back a receipt from wherever it was supposed to be taken. Period.

It was Bailey rd Throw n’ go for the longest time. Now it seems Kirker Pass is getting alot of
the action. Notable that these are roads leading to Pittsburg and Antioch. Time for cameras.
Fines plus roadside cleanup for punishment.
Please start enforcing dumping laws, and please tell the dumps to stop charging exorbitant fees
100% agree.

You’re assuming they can read?

No excuses but with dump fees out of control this will never stop.

No sense of community pride.
The dump fees, no sense of human pride and laziness account for these things.
