Concord Police arrested three people during a DUI checkpoint last Friday night.
The checkpoint was held at Willow Pass Road and Mount Diablo Street from 7 P.M. to 3 A.M.
A total of 600 vehicles were contacted.
Checkpoint locations are based on a history of crashes and DUI arrests. The primary purpose of checkpoints is not to make arrests, but to promote public safety by deterring drivers from driving impaired.
Name them,public shaming needed here.
It wasn’t me.
wonder if they were actually arrested for dui or outstanding warrants n such….
concord’s press release seems a little vague this time…
Why are the pro Palestine protesters wearing masks?
So not to be identified in the riots
they want all charges dropped
The cops are allowed to go in & take care of this
Liberals run these places
So as not to disrupt their student loan forgiveness.
How selfish can you be to be driving drunk at this point? Narcissism at its finest. At some point, it should be an automatic drop off into the deepest part of the ocean if you get caught twice.
Many countries have the death penalty for DUI
Have you ever met these people ??
They wil never stop
That is why the issue needs to be solved permanently. I don’t get the whole getting drunk thing. It is like people just have nothing else good or interesting about them, so they need to get drunk all the time? Pathetic.
That”s great CPD- tell me – is CHP so busy w/Oakland&SanFran. crime, there’s no one monitoring traffic on the Beautiful Bay Area Highways & Byways ??
The b/s accidents during commute hrs.
Make carpools mandatory !!!!
