Lafayette police arrested a man driving earlier this week in connection to a Feb. 22 armed robbery in Danville.

At 9:54 p.m. on Feb. 22, Danville police received a report of an armed robbery at a gas station on the 100 block of Hartz Avenue. The victims of the robbery reported that four male adults wearing hooded sweatshirts and ski masks robbed them of merchandise and fled before police arrived.

Investigators identified a black Chevrolet Blazer as the suspect vehicle.

At 11:19 a.m. Tuesday, Lafayette officers spotted the vehicle on eastbound Highway 24 near Pleasant Hill Road. Lafayette police pursued the vehicle into Concord with assistance from Concord police. The driver ditched the Blazer and fled the scene in another vehicle but was apprehended quickly in Concord, police said.

Time for those elected to be accountable… If You take the Job… Do the Job..

Is it me, or the apprehension stories are usually for crimes committed in affluent areas? I don’t see the apprehension and money bail for Concord

In any situation like the one we had just 4 years ago, follow the money for your truths & answers it is always there!

The crime was in Danville (a/k/a, Tri Valley’s Concord).

The perp was just arrested in a decent neighborhood.

Felon in possession of a gun. This narrative is getting old. I’ll vote for any politician who will put and KEEP this kind of criminal in prison, regardless of political party. November is right around the corner.
