U.S. Rep. Mark DeSaulnier, D-Walnut Creek, is hosting a town hall meeting next month.

The town hall is set for 1 p.m. on Dec. 9 at the Main Street Bistro on the campus of Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill.

DeSaulnier’s office says he will provide an update on the work Democrats in the House of Representatives have done throughout 2023 and preview his priorities for the new year.

People can RSVP for the Dec. 9 town hall at https://desaulnier.house.gov/town-hall-rsvp.

IOW, showboating. Interesting thing I read today that the Connecticut government, a Democrat, has decided to get rid of the EV vehicle timeline they copied from California because it is not realistic. Bet many states will do the same. So Gavin and Mark will have a lot of “splainin’ to do” this coming year.

Another “Spare the Air day” advisory. Maybe he explain what they have done this past year. I suspect inflation, high gas prices, global climate change will not be on the list.

Good place to go take a nap, are they serving any snacks? Be hard to listen to it actually. An update on what they have done shouldn’t take long!

.
DeSaulnier is a waste of human tissue and oxygen.

OMG. Marc is hosting a town hall. The possibilities are endless. Or, a room full of whining progressives and nothing is accomplished.

So true! The same groups of whining democrat liberals s and splinter groups will control it all…. which is really music to the democrats ears. All the while. they ignore what the big base of voters is concerned about nowadays.

With everything going on in the world, all the challenges we face as a nation, as a people and as humans on this big blue ball, what we REALLY need is someone that can take the reins and change the world by passing a measure that encourages schools to set some standards regarding responding to concussions. THIS Is what we’re lacking, THIS is what will save us from our existential crises. Luckily, Mr. DeSaulnier has heard our pleas for this type of leadership, and passed just such a measure, an encouraging measure, NOT A LAW, but merely a strongly worded letter.

Thank you Mr. DeSaulnier, you’re not the leader we deserve, but you’re the leader we’ve been blessed with. Loser.

Look at the photo on his website,it has Dr Fauci in it…..
And he is somehow proud of this

At best, a room temperature glass of skim milk. With a hair in it. And he sounds French.

Is being french an issue for you? You are turning out to be quite the little racist liberal. Surprisingly you didn’t reference saltine crackers or wonder bread. Tell me, atticus, what makes you dislike white people so much? I can’t stand desaulner but I can’t stand underhanded racism more. It’s ok if you want to have beef with whites (trust me, we couldn’t care any less) and the feeling is mutual. Just be straight up. Don’t be a little snake about it.

Nothing wrong with the French. They run the best laundry in the nation, although a bit pricey. I think what Atticus really hates is hair in his beverages.

Uhhh, MAGA SAM, not that I feel any particular affection for Thraxx’s comments these days, but French isn’t a race. It’s a nationality. It’s fairly common to have issues with people from a particular geographical location. For instance, I’m not a huge fan of people from Lamorinda.

Nah this is a continuation from a previous thread. He likes to walk the line thinking nobody sees him.
.
You’re right french isn’t a race but it’s a culture and a nation that happens to be white. You’re welcome to disagree with my take on his comments. Watch his little pokes he knows what he does. Just a coward

You mad bro? Being French is many things but not a race. Thanks for reading though. 😁

My god, won’t this clueless windbag just be quiet and make himself look like less of a fool.

… I have other important things to do… like sweeping the porch, watching the news, maybe taking a nap

11
3

Well I have an important thing to do also … flush the toilet.

Don’t forget your sock drawer.

Will probably lead a sit down protest for Palestinians.

Eh, lots of numbnuts supporters to make him feel good. Waste of space and time. It’s over for Kalifornistan anyway. Dissent will not be allowed, and if it is given the floor it will be shouted down as racist. Liberal Playbook 101.

What a waste!

When I first saw the photo but hadnt seen the headline yet I was hoping they were going to say he was resigning or went missing.Darn it.

He’s like fat in water, keeps floating to the top.

Anyone that shows up for this meeting should have their ID checked for arrest warrants.

4

Yeah! we are all saved! (sarcasm)
useless turd with nothing important to say.

Everybody is harping on Mark. We should all count our blessings that this milquetoast politician is our rep. After all, we could be stuck with some windbag like Swallwell instead.

7

6 of one half dozen of the other.

4
3

I mostly agree with you, AA. But at least Mark is smart enough to know that he’s not presidential material. Swallwell believes he’s the answer to what ails ya. Mark stays in his lane as Nancy’s lap dog. Swallwell is dangerous.

7
2

Agreed.

3
1

Yeah, swallowwell was “joking” about using nukes on US citizens…. Then was sleeping with fang fang.

DeSaulnier doesn’t do anything without aunt Nancy’s approval.

4
1

FYI He adores, supports and believes in Adam Schiff….told me so in an email. That says a lot…..

11
2

C,
.
You’re correct, at one of his town halls during the Trump presidency, he said “We’re so lucky to have Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff.”

We are lucky to have Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff. They are leading anti-corruption voices in Congress.

Schiff spent years lying to the American people about having absolute proof of Trump/Russia collusion. He’s a hyper-partisan piece of s**t just like the rest of them.

Mark and the rest of the radical left are lucky to have Shifforbrains and Fang Fang’s pipeline to China as part of their plan to destroy America. It’s the American people who are unlucky.

I’ve attended one, waste of time, and Groupies

10
2

Have you ever read of the fall of the Roman Empire and do you read the news and understand what is going on in our country? Do you think we have a chance of holding it together? I hope so. Is there a pendulum swinging or not?

3
1

Glad he’s having a town hall. Lots going on there on Capitol Hill. I’m grateful that the the good congressman is, among other things, fighting the good fight for defending democracy and for women’s healthcare.

It’s a republic and I think you’re talking about killing babies. What business is it of yours guy.

5
2

Anytime the mention democracy they never have any good intentions.
They are in the wrong country too.

Another town hall meeting…….other than his lackeys who really attends said meetings?

5
2

Mostly people that are on SSDI for emotional problems.

Others that attend are the brain-dead idiots that would vote for a glass of water if it had a “D” on it.

In other words, those that can’t think for themselves…

Had Mark DeSaulnier not been voted into office as a Republican, we wouldn’t have him as our Democrat Congressman today.
.
Assemblyman Tim Grayson has made it clear that he expects to succeed Congressman Mark DeSaulnier in the House of Representatives. Do you really want the party-switching bartender, DeSaulnier, replaced by the corrupt, lying, party-switching, preacher, Grayson? If Grayson succeeds DeSaulnier, we will be stuck with him for the next 3-decades. It’s in our best interest to keep Tim Grayson as far away from Congress as long as possible. DeSaulnier is a true-believer and generally votes what he believes. Grayson votes for power and what will further his political career, just ask Willie Brown.
