One?… EACH? Ugh.
.
Hmmm…
.
Like: Black Friday bargains on certain items we find too expensive for what they are and have been hesitant to purchase… like a Roomba floor sweeper.
.
Dislike: The (relative) cold/cool weather and rain. It cramps our outdoor activities.

Dislike: Traffic.

I love seeing Uncle Ernie getting drunk on eggnog, and throwing up all over the Christmas presents. I hate when the cops show up and ruin a good time

Just how overall there’s no more holiday spirit. Everyones rude and in a hurry no common sense or consideration. Just flat-out selfishness. I love being with family though

I actually enjoy the beginning of the season when you start hearing the music, seeing the lights, enjoying the crisper air, smells and people are nice.
But by the time Christmas comes around , everyone is rude and stressed and the holiday is not so fun- until after possibly a Christmas church service where you can feel touched again

I love the end of it and dislike the lead-up and season itself.

Like having the family getting together for a meal. Dislike the commercialism of buying presents.

Love an evening of Hot Rum Toddy’s!
The morning after an evening of Hot Rum Toddy’s. 😵

Dislike – people driving even crazier with the “me first” entitlement attitude
Like – cooler weather and less need to water shrubs, trees, etc.

LOVE IS HARD NO COMMENT ON THAT..
DISLIKE…TRAFFIC IS 100X WORSE THAN USUAL

I love the family and I hate the family. Lol

Love so much, but will echo what @badge1104 stated, such a great feeling when the lights start going up and the music is starting to play (certainly inside my house, but even in stores, etc.). Such festive joy.

Hate how short the time is between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Could use another month.

I love my Danish Christmas meal, and decorating my place with poinsetta’s and light candles often at night several weeks before Christmas eve. Love when I can spend the Holidays with my daughter, husband and 2 grandchildren. I like helping customers finding the right present , but hate last minute shoppers especially Christmas eve. In Denmark we celebrate Christmas eve. In Europe everything pretty much closes down on the 24th mid to late afternoon and then stores are closed for 2 days, although some grocery stores and bakery might be open on the 26th. Here it is so rushed and it seems some people care more about shopping than actually celebrating Christmas.

Easy
Love: I’ll refer to Charles Dickens and Linus – The Spirit.
Hate: I’ll refer to (The Peanuts) Linus – Commercialism.

I don’t like that Christmas is being replaced by “Holiday”. Sure not everyone celebrates Christmas just like not everyone celebrates any other holiday that’s out there but no one has a problem saying the proper names of those holidays.

Love it that when someone says “Happy Holidays” to me and I say Merry Christmas back and the look on their face is classic especially when I say after all, it is Christmas time.

I love that the calories “don’t count”: chips, dips, turkey, ham, potatoes, gravy, cookies, pie…..mmmm! And all guilt free!

I dislike that, strangely, my clothes no longer fit and I seem to gurgle and out-gas with every step. Have.a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I need the time off, which I like. The worst part about it is the insane commercialism. Nothing like seeing Christmas trees in stores in September. it’s really just become a massive time for big sales and people going into debt. I don’t play that game.
