It’s funny how people blame the City and not the uneducated maggots that come to leech off you.

Second robbery was a half block from the police station. Both robberies used a dark colored pistol and was committed by two masked men but the police say they are not connected. Doesn’t give me confidence.

They most certainly were related.

It appears Walnut Creek is averaging at least two reported armed robberies per week. Only the criminals know how many go unreported.
This “no prosecution policy” is really turning the city into a dump. It still looks nice, but from a crime standpoint it’s now a dump.
But hey, this is what our elected officials want. The attitude seems to be “Crime is fine as long as it doesn’t happen to me”. Why exactly did we elect these people? Name something good they have achieved?

A “dump” says the suburban Anglo elitist?
.
Hardly.
.
You need to get out to Oakland’s flatlands and gain some perspective. THAT is a dump.

Wait just a dang minute, . . . . kids now days can occupy their time with first person shooter games, grand theft auto and any number of social media, promoting a ME FIRST mindset.
Unnatural conception of society.

Perhaps Walnut Creek gained it’s, ‘an easy score’, in part because of this

Because the requirement to be on the city council is castration.

Time to stop wearing jewelry, especially watches. Take them off and put them in a purse or pocket, — at least until this is over — and hope that it will be over soon.

Why hasn’t Gavin Newsom banned those dark-colored handguns? This is threatening our way of life.

That would be like banning chris right to make stupid comments, he has rights as a human to carry a gun and make stupid comments so we should ban his rights.

And things are going to get worse folks! Until you start voting out these darn liberal democrats who are on the criminal side! I am tired of excuses for people’s background or their living conditions or their ethnic struggles, it should not give anyone a right to hurt someone else and steal from someone else!.

Walnut Creek needs a new mayor and a new city council. But the liberal moms in baseball caps with their ponytails hanging out the back while driving their Teslas wearing a mask won’t vote differently.

And add to them the pale ones with thinning grey hair whose delicate sensibilities were offended by Trump, who feign to be humanitarians and you have obama brainwashed voters. The only Cure for them is Karma.

Just remember that SB2 and signed by Gavin Newsom will prohibit concealed carry literally everywhere in the state. Bill is being appealed by the NRA but this is one more indication that Gavin hates you and he loves criminals. Just like the laws they passed where you can’t stop shoplifters.

All I’m saying is don’t make yourself a target. This happened in broad daylight. That’s pretty brazen and those who had the gall to do it will continue! to operate in an area where they have been successful. Displays of wealth are foolish if there are armed robberies nearby,. Protect yourself, But, don’t advertise it. These were the recommendations from several years ago when robbers were stealing gold chains right off the victim’s neck

Yes! Let’s all change our lifestyles because the Becton Clown won’t prosecute. I seriously hope the people who were robbed voted for her.

Have no fear! Our elected officials have decided to spend several million dollars to issue fake Rolex watches to every resident.
It’s the equitable thing to do………

Newscum is running for the Preidential slot! So just hope he gets smeared but if the brain-dead liberals corrupt enough votes like what happened with Biden!! We will have another weak and corrupt admin again! I AM surprised that the AOC clan doesn’t set residence here in CA as they would probably receive a ticker-tape parade with Pelosi and Barabra Lee in the lead!!

This is pretty crazy I work on this same street and was never informed until I saw this post… thanks walnut creek and the news..? Baha pretty brazen now, I’ll keep parking at the cop station if anyone wants to attack me there😊

The Fearless Spectator November 8, 2023 - 9:28 AM - 9:28 AM

While the dramatic increase in Walnut Creek crime is disturbing, it’s every bit as disturbing they only want the media to report it in specific situations. We deserve to know what happens and where; it affects our safety. These people have forgotten they work for us and have prioritized politics over public safety.
When these crimes happen, the response should be: “We need to stop this now and here is how we are going to do it”.
Instead there are two responses: “Thank god the criminal is a white guy! Call the CC times immediately”. For certain other races the response is: “Crime, what crime? ”
Pathetic.

tony November 8, 2023 - 11:05 PM - 11:05 PM

Is it racist to ban people in Walnut Creek if they are wearing hoodies+facemasks?
