Good job. Keep it up. Sounds like they didn’t get all of the stolen goods back though. I think that crowd took more than $2500. Should see a claas picture of the eleven.

Cite and release ? ? ? ?
Next CoCo county DA decides . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Plea bargains to save cost of trials and probably probation,
because after all in DEM run California criminals belong on our streets not locked up.
.
If there is no threat of incarceration,
there is no deterrence to criminal behavior

Hooray! And it’s about time!
But……will our District Attorney, Diana Becton do anything about it? She is on the record saying that she will not prosecute people who are stealing ‘out of need’.( and actually, in the worsening economy that could mean any of us)

Good job, PHPD. Now, DA follow through

About Time!
The DA will not file charges though, and they will be off scot-free.
Thank you DA Becton, you are doing a great job!

Organized retail theft has nothing to do with needing things because of poverty. These thieves are getting paid to pilfer and steal. I hope the CoCo Cty DA’s office prosecutes each and everyone of these thieves for PC 490.4 and secures convictions with incarceration of at least one full year, if not longer. And that the police find and arrest the persons who are organizing these coordinated retail thefts as well as recovers as much stolen goods as possible.

Let’s see now, $2500÷11= $227.27 each. Haha lol what a joke! They’re already back out on the streets targeting more stores.

Any injuries obtained during the arrest process should be overlooked by law

I advocate rubber bullets, and rubber shotgun slugs. Why not use beanbag guns as well? If they are out of range, just let the dog go. Nobody gets away from the dog.

.
One event and 11 arrests?
.
Statistically, at least 90 thieves got away with it.

If our elected “leaders” (term is used loosely here) would institute capital punishment for all felonies, we could put a crimp in the crime rate and a dent in the overpopulation problem.

Scrap the Cal Hi-Speed rail and build a 1 Billion Dollar Supersize Prison for all of our sticky fingered friends. Let’s tell Newscum where we really want out tax dollars to be spent. He’s emptied San Quentin and wants to turn it into a University?! What an A$$hole! No more nice guy deals with our DA’s, let’s lock-em up!

We should take a lesson from the Brazilians or maybe the Chinese on how to build a prison that truly punishes criminals. Don’t send them to some Canadian style or Nordic style prison That’s basically a country club.

For real only 11 people and only 2500? Don’t believe this amount that’s nothing, won’t be happy until this keeps happening more consistently, I’m all on the cops side too they have a lot to deal with, but they shouldn’t be shy on arresting people, wasting tax Dollars and everyone trying to be too nice3

Turn them over to a Lynch mob. We used to hang horse thieves and criminals. It’s high time to get back to that.
