On 07/07/23, Walnut Creek Police Department Detectives arrested Brandon Delliquadri, a 35-year-old male from Walnut Creek, in connection with several sexual assaults believed to have occurred over the past few years.

The arrest was the result of diligent investigations by WCPD Patrol Officers and Detectives, and resulted in the following charges being filed against Delliquadri:

PC 261(a)(2) – Forcible Rape (four felony counts)
PC 261(a)(4) – Rape of an Unconscious Victim (one felony count)

Due to the nature of the allegations and the circumstances surrounding the case, we believe there may be other individuals who may have been sexually assaulted by the same suspect.

We understand that it can be challenging for victims to come forward. If you or someone you know has information about one of these cases or has experienced any form of sexual assault, we urge you to contact the Walnut Creek Police Department at 925-943-5844 or call the Anonymous Tip Line at 925-943-5865.

Dead, soulless eyes. However difficult it may be, anyone else was violated by this POS please report it. It will help with the prosecution.

The permanent cure for rapists is the same as the cure for pedophiles.

Will save the county price of a trial.
Plea bargain down for guilty plea to two counts, out in two or three years.

I have a slight issue at this point in the game. I never ever see mugshots on here except when it’s a white guy. If we haven’t been seeing mugshots because people are presumed innocent until proven guilty, thats fine. But now that we’re doing mugshots of arrested individuals again, I will be expecting to see all races represented equitably. If I’m wrong, please explain what’s happening.

The difference here is that they believe that there are other victims of his crimes. Given the victims’ close proximity in a rape, the perp is much easier to identify, as opposed to a guy running out of a store or in the case of a burglary.

Check out AB 1475. There are actually strict rules for posting mugshots by law enforcement on social media.

Let me make sure I understand this: They only show a mugshot and name when they think there may be other rape victims?
Depending on who’s report you read, up to 2/3 of rapists are repeat offenders.
It’s become abundantly clear they no longer publish the mugshot and try to avoid naming violent criminals of color. In the event they are not captured, the descriptions are minimal if provided at all.
There is only one color for a criminal: It’s called criminal; the shades may vary.

According to the FBI, black men commit 28.6 percent of all rapes, despite being only roughly 6% of the population.

They are over represented by a factor of 4.8.

Also as EastbayBella points out, it’s a month later. I have a hard time seeing the reason they are using for releasing the mugshot. It doesn’t line up with it being a month later. And I’m not even a investigator

Again, the doggedness and perseverance of the Walnut Creek Police, (dispatchers, patrol officers and investigators) is outstanding. This waste of humanity probably thought he had it made: nobody caught him nor would they. Well, guess what – time over, game over and you will pay (assuming Diana Becton doesn’t cut him a deal).

I am suspicious yet grateful that demographically, this creep, if guilty, will not get an easy ride.

If he is found guilty of these crimes, fire up the wood chipper.

We wouldn’t be notified at all if it weren’t for Claycord.

A beard. The sign of all criminal and deviant behavior. Never trust anyone who won’t even shave. Ever notice that the Taliban, Isis and most terrorists all have beards?

Perhaps he’ll be getting a dose of his own medicine in prison… and a dose of something else would be good for him too.

Did you know that Gov Newscum refuses to meet with the sheriffs departments heads across the state to discuss crime?
