“…felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of drugs for sale, transporting drugs, felony probation violation, and more.”
.
Evidently threat of incarceration isn’t a deterrence.
Then again, in this county what does a criminal have to fear ? ? ? ?
.
If there is no threat of incarceration,
there is no deterrence to criminal behavior

Hmm, maybe they should make it illegal for a felon to possess a gun. Maybe make fentanyl illegal. Who knows, maybe it would be a great step toward that dem goal of gun control by banning 30 round magazines too, that would mean nobody would have them.

1. and 3. are unconstitutional.

.
CA’s restrictive fun laws are highy effective at preventing convicted felons from possessing firearms.

(Sarcasm intended)

Boy, these strict gun control laws in California sure are working aren’t they! NOT! ( every criminal has a gun here! And the criminals are running all around in control)
They need to enforce the laws they have controlling criminals, that’s the problem

Does anyone want to bet he is already out on no bail? How many more innocent citizens have to suffer or die before the simple-minded voters in this state wake up. The majority in this state blindly vote for their party instead of country and quality of life.

I’m pretty sure the percentage of criminals with guns is much higher than the percentage of law abiding citizens with guns. The laws need to target the criminals. For a Felon in possession of a gun the minimum charge should be 50 years. Stop the gun violence, means stop criminals on the streets from having guns. Never gonna happen I know, it would impact the marginalized communities most…

What a dill-wad. Samples his own stuff, goes out for a drive and decides to take a nap in his running car. All while rollin’ with a gun and a tons of drugs.

Sounds like a real idiot.

If this guy belongs to a Mexican gang, then he got his drugs, gun and magazines from them.

If local law enforcement could find who supplies him and other Mexican-affiliated gang members / ex-cons, then part of the pipeline could be shut down. With his two phones and tablet, his recent whereabouts and movements ought to be pinpointed and no doubt found to coincide with other criminal gang members’ movements.

Get it done, federal, state and local law enforcement.

Please look up the Fast And Furious scandal. It all stinks.

Is he out yet? You voted for it, you got it!!!

Where’s the photograph of this POS?!?

He was out in 4 days with 849PC NO CHARGES FILED. Check the CCC sheriff arrest roster.
Then back in on the 29th for domestic violence and kidnapping. It is complete crap. He is a known dangerous drug dealer. He must have snitched. Wonder how the cops feel that made that deal with him after finding out he went home and beat someone.
