Halloween, although lack of participation is making it a lot less fun than it used to be.

Halloween too – like to see all the creativity that goes into the costumes – the kids are always laughing and happy … adults usually are too 🙂

.
1. Halloween.
.
Given the amount of effort that can go into Halloween, it should be at least a week long!!!
.
2. Valentine’s Day.
.
Again, it should be Valentines’ Week!!!

Some horror fans stream a horror movie a night in October. Then in November check into horror rehab. 🎃

Im partial to cinco de mayo since its my birthday. But i love the spookiness of halloween and the start of fall and the colder weather the changing leaves its my favorite holiday.

Although it’s still an official government holiday, I suspect it won’t be for long: Columbus Day.

HALLOWEEN!!!
And birthdays.
I think everyone should be paid double on their birthday and be given the day off.

Hallowe’en!
Mine is a bedroom community and you’re lucky to be able catch your neighbour long enough to wave at him, let alone chat. The car pulls up, the person jumps out and goes into the house. The door slams, and that’s it till the next day.
But on Hallowe’en, everybody comes around and you get to meet them and chat briefly – it’s nice! And the kids look great and are having fun.
Speaking of which, I read about a girl who thought that bats weren’t real, that they were just made-up Hallowe’en things like ghosts and witches. She was horrified to find out that there really were things called bats – I love it! Big fruit bats at the Oakland Zoo.

Halloween. Love decorating and the kids that come to the door, all 250+ are soooo cute
But when I was younger I would have to say Saturday of Fleet Week. The Blue Angels fly-over and the parties all over the city.
