The work will include an interior remodel and exterior facade improvement, including a new covered entry.

The remodel should last a few weeks, and will cost about $325,000.

The sign on the door said reopening planned for June. That’s seems a little more than a few weeks!

@Lee
With everything they have planned, it also seems it’ll be a little more than $325,000.

I hope they improve the lighting in that back parking lot.

Having just been there – yes, it needs a makeover

The parking lot is inhabited by bums and people with mental problems. The last time I stopped in to pick up a pie several customers were waiting inside for an angry psychotic to leave the parking lot. As soon as he left an obviously schizophrenic woman appeared and lingered for another ten minutes shouting obscenities at an invisible target while ducking in and out of the bushes.
Hopefully their makeover includes improvements to parking lot safety.

@ Fearless S. ~ That’s a new Concord tradition these days… dinner & a show. Sounds alot better than the “taking a dump behind the dumpster” show I saw at IHOP.

If you want to be safe…. Stay home on the couch. Oh wait! Turns out that can kill you too. So we expect restaurants paying minimum wage to employees to also expect them to do public outreach to the crazy homeless. Grow up.
