Detectives sought and were granted search warrants for both locations.

On 2/9/2023, a joint group of PHPD Patrol Officers, Detectives, the K9 unit, the drone team, and the CSI team served the warrants at both locations.

A search of the target locations resulted in the recovery of stolen property from the auto burglaries, evidence of the crimes like window punches, gloves, and face masks, a handgun magazine and ammunition in possession of a person who was not legally allowed to possess those items, and a credit card embosser.

Two suspects were identified and interviewed during the search warrant service – a 19 year old male adult out of Antioch, and a 19 year old male adult out of Elk Grove.

Well done and quickly done! I love our law enforcement! I really resent though, our liberal judges and DA. They will try to undo everything out of misplaced compassion for the wrong parties. I’m wondering if this isn’t why people come from out of the area to do crimes here.

It’s inconsistent for the media to refer to these suspects as “19-year old men” but when they want to pull at heart strings and manipulate their audience, they refer to them in articles as “teens”.

While technically accurate, journalists should remove emotion and bias when reporting, and use their words without including these subtle attempts to manipulate the public.
.

“face masks, a handgun magazine and ammunition in possession of a person who was not legally allowed to possess those items, ” I see those gun laws working to prevent gun violence.

You voted for the liberal elected officials, they appointed liberal judges, learn to live with the crime.

And the officers are #1 to jail for Becton, so why should they attempt to prevent crime.
