On Friday just after 8 a.m., the driver involved in the major injury vehicle collision on Deer Valley Road and Rocky Point Drive on Thursday in Antioch surrendered to police.
The vehicle involved in the collision was recovered by investigators.
The involved vehicle is a white 2004 Toyota Solara.
Antioch Police are still asking residents in the area of Deer Valley Road and Rocky Point Drive to check their surveillance cameras and are releasing a stock photograph of the involved vehicle to assist with this effort.
The photograph provided is not of the actual suspect vehicle.
