The following is from the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office:

“Willfully…”
.
That’s grounds for first degree murder.
.
Tah-tah Lateshia!
.
We hope you rot in prison for life (and forever in hell).
.
Murder 1 ….. no excuses Becton
Both of you should review the penal code. What she is accused of is abhorrent and evil, but it’s not murder.

you’re correct
still; I think, should be a stiffer prison term than prescribed
Didn’t former New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo willfully cause and permit people to be placed in a situation in which their health was endangered, and knew, and reasonably should have known, that they were elders and dependent adults? If I’m not mistaken, approximately, 4100 patients that he placed in nursing homes died.
Burn in hell! And the supervisors/administration….what will they be charged with? Think long and hard before putting family members in these facilities.
We just pulled my mom out of there…
I feel like we need much more information here.
Take care of your parents or put them on hospice care. Stop making others take care of your Family long term.
The Canouns should not have left their family members to the care of Lateshia
