North Gate Road and Summit Road in Mount Diablo State Park will be open to the Lower Summit Parking Lot on Wednesday morning at 8 a.m.
South Gate Road remains closed at the South Gate boundary to vehicles and bicycles.
Crews are working to remove the mud from South Gate Road and hope to have it open by Thursday at 8 a.m.
Several sections are narrow due to sandbags on the shoulders of the roadways, and there are a few new one-way sections where the roadway has completely washed out.
Mitchell Canyon and Macedo Ranch Day Use Parking Lots are open from 8 a.m. until 30 minutes after sunset.
All backcountry trails and fire roads are open for public use.
