Would it make too much sense for Concord or County crews, as applicable, to get out there and regrade or off-haul the failed slope BEFORE it becomes a real problem for motorists?

If they start moving all that mud it will make a bigger mess if it still not affecting traffic it better to wait until it’s not as wet
