We got this note from a Claycordian today regarding his stolen trailer.
Sad day. Our Happy Camper was stolen out of our driveway this morning. It stands out so hopefully they’ll track it down.

Call me at 925-899-6197 if you have some video between 5:15 a.m. – 5:45 a.m. around Clayton Way or West Street.
Our camera didn’t get anything except some lights.

I also had 2 guys try to steal my tent trailer from my driveway at 5:03am , have some video of them, but is dark out and they came into my court with their lights off. They left my house at 5:07, and I live about a mile and a half from you, let me know if you want to see it. I’m going to be installing motion lights now to get better video.

It’s likely already spray painted green and up in the mountains on someone’s property being used as a hunting cabin or a meth relaxation station. Hopefully it was insured, at today’s travel trailer values you might be pleasantly surprised at the settlement.
This really sucks. The worse things get the more this will be happening. I hope you get your camper back.
Unless he gets it back today, before they can do anything to it or in it, the only thing to hope for is that it was insured. Having seen things like this after they’ve been recovered, you don’t want anything to do with it.

There’s a lot of douchey people that live around west st and Clayton way. There’s something weird about somebody stealing a 40-year-old trailer out of your driveway lol. You were targeted

I have a hitch lock on my tent trailer, and they didn’t realize it until they fumbled around for 3 minutes, drove off empty handed
