Dutch Bros., the Oregon-based chain of drive-thru coffee shops, plans to open a business on Clayton Rd. near Bailey Rd. in Concord.
Dutch Bros. will be located next to Taco Bell, on the property that has been vacant for decades and most recently served as a Christmas tree lot.
The 850-square-foot building will be on the front-end of the property, just a few feet from Clayton Rd.
Plans for the property also include an 8,000-square-foot Kiddie Academy educational child care facility, which would be in the back of the property, further away from Clayton Rd.

We’ve been to them several times on our trips to Oregon and they are excellent.
