Clayton Police arrested one person after a man and a woman were found passed out inside a vehicle in the Clayton Station Shopping Center (Safeway shopping center) near Kirker Pass Rd. & Clayton Rd.
At approximately 6:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to shopping center for a welfare check. The caller reported an adult male and an adult female were passed out inside of a vehicle that was running, according to Sgt. Rich Enea.
During the course of their investigation, officers located methamphetamine, heroin and drug paraphernalia (glass pipe and lots of used and uncapped syringes), according to Sgt. Enea.
The female was arrested for being in possession of the above listed items and was transported to the Concord City Jail.
The name of the suspect was not released.
