The Concord Police Weekly Burglary Report

Where are all the other Offenses ? and I’m guessing Concord has abot 50 to 60 car break-in a week not counting Catalytic-converter thefts, But they don’t report those any more . I guess they want to make Concord look like a safer place. In the past 5 years I’ve had my car broke into 3 times parked in- front of my house and a few months ago the phuckers got my Catalytic-Converter.
