Why is there a bail? He killed someone.

👍🏻

I’m surprised California hasn’t gone cashless bail by now. It appears some Dumbocracts are asleep on their toilets.

He won’t be able to post bail I’m sure.

Boil Him now! Is he a citizen, asking for a friend.

I’m just thinking, what kind of a man can murder someone with a car, leave the scene and even after 14 days still not have enough of a conscience to turn himself in?

That kind of man is a not a man at all.

Just a vauge resemblance of a human being.

That kind of man doesn’t deserve to breath the air on this planet.

Great work WCPD…

Responsible for a hit and run death and not only is there bail but only for $300K? Should be no bail before the court date, which he might not show up for anyhow.

Good job P.D. Now I hope the DA makes an example of him to those who hit and run. Oh wait…..

Rumor has it he had been firing off a gun in the Concord area earlier in the evening and was evading police at the time of the incident. I’m sure the details of that part of the incident won’t be released to the public however. Too much concern of liability for the WCPD.

Just another East County *sshat coming to Walnut Creek to ignore traffic, and physics laws…isn’t highway 4 dangerous enough? Gotta bring the ridiculous and dangerous driving here…and leaving her to die, heinous!

Lock ’em up and throw away the key…… oh – that’s right – the DA …. is he out yet?

Ooooo Brentwood, the East Counties version of Walnut Creek.

.
The public should be informed of the immigration status of all persons arrested and charged with any felony.
.
Such data should be standard public information.

YES! and the information sent to Newson if an illegal immigrant–he needs to be accountable!

👍🏻

Yes we should know his immigration status especially for murder.

All He has to do is claim the person he killed was a trump supporter or Republican, And his actions will be forgiven.

I hope this brings a little feeling of peace and relief to the family of Tammy. Knowing he is off the streets for a while makes us all feel safer.
Thank you WCPD for your hard work on this case.
xo

Why is it that every time a crime happens here you can always count on it being one of the best and brightest of east county? Surprised this time it wasn’t anyone from Baypoint/Pittsburg/Antioch.

Why the hell does it matter if he is an illegal, democrat, or anything else. They found this POS. He KILLED Tammy Lee. Think of her, her family. Her husband who was working FOUR days later, running her business. Pray for that poor family!!! And quit making all the assumptions and/or judgments for this murderer, no matter where he’s from. A life was lost. HER life. Think about that!

Exactly!

Adrienne because if they had been deported right away this wouldn’t have happened duh
