A Danville middle school teacher will be arraigned in Contra Costa County Superior Court Monday on felony charges for committing lewd acts on minors, according to the county District Attorney’s Office.
A three-count felony complaint was filed with Contra Costa County Superior Court on Friday against Nicholas Brandon Moseby, 41, of Concord. Moseby is being charged with two counts of committing a lewd act upon a child. One minor is 15 years old, and the offense occurred on Aug. 31. The other minor is 14 years old and was also a victim of a lewd act and unwanted pornographic images on Sept. 4. For that offense, Moseby faces one count of distributing or showing pornography to a minor.
He was arrested Wednesday. At the time, he was a biology teacher at Diablo Vista Middle School in Danville and also working as a cheerleader instructor at Nor Cal Elites in San Ramon.
Moseby’s arraignment is scheduled for 1:35 pm Monday in Martinez. He is currently in custody in the Martinez Detention Facility with bail set at $200,000.

I will never understand, nor do I want to, why anyone thinks that any of this is entertaining, stimulating and/or appropriate. If you think this is “good stuff” please seek guidance from a professional mental health professional. It’s not funny, it’s not healthy and it doesn’t belong in the closet – especially because of what your “needs” do to others.

The push to normalize this kind of behavior and call them minor attracted persons instead of pedophiles is disgusting. Am I passing judgement? Yes. Don’t mess with children.
If memory serves me correctly, the wikileaks dump of Obama’s emails specifically mention MAP’S, tho nobody knew what that meant at the time (since they write in “code”)… and since then, as mentioned above, the left has put TONS of effort into normalizing this sick behavior.
