God bless the fearless Medics and Corpsman, they will advance through enemy fire and risk their lives to provide medical care.

May god bless these brave men and women who have one of the mentally and physically difficult duties of all service members … I knew many during my 18 years on active duty Marine Corps service around the globe … including “Doc Rod” who in Iraq did more than 500 casualty evacuations in Anbar Province during the worst of it. Corpsmen are indeed a special breed of humans. #respect

SEMPER Fi Jojo!
I too have much admiration and respect for the Corpsman that I served with. I’m know we all do.
God bless the Marines and God bless our corpsman.
Thank you for your service!

.
Corpsman are still colloquially referred to by service members as “p*cker checkers”.
.
According to recent data released by the Pentagon, many corpsman were or are homosexuals.
