Murder, or self defense?
Murder!!!!
Useless press release. Didn’t say anything at all.
Useless Comment. Didn’t say anything at all.
His name is Thomas Arrelano, 31 years old from Concord
I heard the suspect was named Jerry and he drives a Toyota Matrix.
Maybe it’s being reported because it’s Concord’s first homicide of the year. Just a thought. Oakland’s first homicide of the year was Jan 1 at 9am.

This reads much like the police blotters of the shootings on I80…”dont worry folks, not random even though an innocent bystander got hit” “we know who the suspects are, nothing to see here” So many times now these criminals are known by PD but DA has nothing to bring them in on since they would have to strike a deal to keep the repeater out of the system, since it costs too much money…but yet a first time offender who has cash..they got time for that.
