Concord Police arrested two drivers on suspicion of DUI while conducting a DUI enforcement patrol on Thursday.

Drivers charged with DUI face an average of $13,500 in fines and penalties, as well as a suspended license.

Concord Police remind the public that impaired driving is not just from alcohol, some prescription medications or over-the-counter drugs may interfere with driving.

Concord Police Department will be holding a series of DUI enforcement patrols throughout the year to keep our roadways safe.

lmao get your facts straight its not 13 thousand dollars.

@Donk This is average fines and penalties. No one specified a first-time misdemeanor offense. And no one specified the penalties were only state penalties. They could include increases in car insurance as well.
