A second and final weekend closure of hwy.242 in Concord is scheduled for tonight at 10 p.m.
The closure, which will affect the northbound lanes, will conclude on Monday, July 19 at 10 a.m.
Caltrans paved the southbound portion of 242 last weekend. This weekend they will pave the northbound portion.
the work they did last weekend is horrible the entire freeway looks like crap.
