There is a lot of blood on the hands of politicians. Absolute idiots.
I’ve been taking 4,000+ IU D3 a day for 10 years. When the Chinaflu took hold I saw a YT video early on talking about D3, zinc and zinc ionophores. That was in January 2020 or so. So, I bumped up the zinc and increased the D3 to just over 10,000 IU/day.
So far, so good.
