This is the Concord Police weekly burglary report. Please click on the image for a much larger view.

The last two numbers in some of the addresses have been deleted to protect the privacy of the victim(s).

According to the Concord Police, the report shown above only includes approved reports. Some burglary reports might not be written or completely approved, which is why they are not included in this post.

Sorry, not buying these low numbers.

My opinion, people have come to realization of the futility of reporting crime.

Wonder where the auto burglary report is?

It doesn’t make any sense that all of a sudden, all auto burglary victims decided not to report their crime every week — week after week. It does make sense that either CPD decided not to include auto burglaries on their report, or auto burglaries are way down because of Covid. My guess is CPD has decided not to report them, because there have been no auto burglaries reported for several weeks.

Thank you CPD!

This is why we love the Mayor. I had been wondering aloud how these burglary report numbers have been relatively low thees past few months.

Kinda like the way they count Covid numbers, don’t you think?

No, I believe the city, state, and government want you to get rid of your vehicles and ride bikes and use public transportation. Why is it everytime I see a public bus on our roads, the only person on that bus is the driver? Take a look for yourself.

My neighbor’s work truck was broken into 2/25 and his tools were stolen. It was reported to the police.

It takes an Act of God to get Concord PD to write a police report about anything. So no, don’t buy the numbers. Place your trust in a dog and a projectile device.

Hide your Hondas, hide your priuses, catalytic converter thieves are in action around our area , stay on the look out neighbors!

4 eh? 1 week? Sounds like they’re cooking the books and controlling the
“reports”. How many Notices to Appear did they write in the same period?
Sounds like nobody is buying the “good” news.
